Terms and Conditions

Donations are used according to our charitable purposes. Donation receipts are issued at year-end for all eligible donations in the prior year. If a designated donation cannot be used as designated, it will be used for a similar purpose at the discretion of Hope City Church and in accordance with Canadian Law.

Online transactions made in error and reported within 30 days will be fully refunded, and any fraudulent transactions will be refunded if reported to us within 90 days. In accordance with Canadian Law, donations are otherwise non-refundable.

Payments for event registrations are fully refundable if requested within seven days of payment (unless the event has already occurred). After seven days, an administrative fee may apply, which is disclosed at the time of registration. If we cancel an event or if a medical emergency prevents the registrant from attending, the fee will be fully refunded.
